What’s up Bastards!

We’ve been hard at work for a couple of weeks getting our shit together, partying, fucking off, and being creative! Here are a couple pictures I got my hands on of us with a few buddies making stuff for the contest we held last month. For everybody that won something, we’re finally done getting our shit together and will be sending out prizes this weekend. Oh yeah! After the long wait, we finally got the vinyl in our hands as well and will be putting up our store on this site in the next week or so. For the short time being, you guys can go pick up a copy at Generation Records on Thompson St. in NYC. We’ll have 30 limited edition copies of the vinyl for sale there on Record Store Day April 21st. Dave over at Earsplit (earsplitcompound.com) is gonna be carrying them real soon too! We also have tons of new shirts that you can pick up at Generation and that we’ll have up for sale on here in the real near future. Anyway, here are those pics I was talking about…

VISE MASSACRE: Debut LP Release Delayed, But Imminent; Raffle Live

Initially planned for release in January, Brooklyn bastards VISE MASSACRE’s debut LP Expendable Humans has been delayed due to circumstances beyond the band’s control. Something got jacked with the master and had to be corrected, but it’s not really interesting or important… we’re just here to spread the word that the LPs are being packed now, and set for arrival at the end of the month, which will allow Expendable Humans to finally trample mankind on March 6th. Direct links for digital and physical orders will be available in the days ahead.

In the meantime VISE MASSACRE are busy running up bar tabs, skulking on hipsters, and honing their live attack skills in preparation for some live actions to be confirmed in the coming weeks in support of the delayed release of Expendable Humans, which the band are releasing via their own Gorilla The Horse Records through the tight-knit hometown cooperative efforts with NYC’s Generation Records and Earsplit.

The band also got trashed the other night and set up a raffle where 8 diehards can win T-shirts made by the band, limited versions of the LP and other random/unique/creepy handmade VISE MASSACRE creations. The more you fuck with the band via Facebook/Twitter between now and March 3rd the more chances thou hath of winning some gnarly swag. Check out the details at VM’s Facebook.

We’re giving away 8 prizes in total with the top prize being both color versions of the LP, an Expendable Humans t-shirt, and a little surprise that we came up with. Yo bastards… Well as some of you may know, we were expecting the record to originally be released on January 10th but there was a delay in the production which pushed the release back to the end of February. Totally sucks but it’s been out of our hands for months now while we wait for a physical product. Digital downloads will finally be up next week in a ton of places we’ll let you know about soon.

Anyway, since we are super excited for this release and we feel real bad about the delay and for all the people who have been asking about it, we will be hosting a raffle starting in February with a fuck ton of prizes. The the top prize will be real special too with something one of kind that we’ll be cooking up shortly. We will also be giving away some records and t-shirts as well!

We’re excited for all of the things we’ve accomplished this past year and are set to blaze the upcoming year starting off with the release of the Expendable Humans lp. Looking back, and after listening to a few test presses, I’m proud of the boys and psyched to start playing again.
